No Such Environment

The opened link forwards to a non-existing environment. This error can occur due to the typo in the URL or if the target environment is already deleted.

Recommendations:

  1. Check the URL.

    Check if there are any typos in the URL, correct them, and try again.

  2. Open the application via the dashboard.

    Log in to the Jelastic dashboard and click the Open in Browser button next to the required environment.

  3. Contact Support.

    If the issue cannot be resolved with the previous recommendations, contact support from the Help menu at the top of the dashboard.
