The process at the PT lasts about 2 months and waiting for the visa to be finished for 1 month, so that after everything is ready she will immediately be dispatched along with other migrant worker.

But during Chinese New Year, all the shops will be crowded and working hours can be even later.
As soon as she gets home, she cleans up and gets ready for sleep. However, if her employer told her to wash the dishes, she would do it the next morning, as her working hours were already over.
Her days off are usually spent going to the park, spending time alone or with friends to keep her mind occupied. She also does not forget to always make video calls with her children and husband. Sometimes when Isty communicates with her family in Malang, her employer also greets to her children and husband like their own family.
Therefore, almost all of Isty’s work in Hong Kong experiences from 2016 to 2020 have been pleasant. Having an employer who is comfortable and like her own family, makes Isty happy at home working here even though sometimes she gets working hours that exceed the time she is supposed to.
The Other Experience Work in Hong Kong as an Indonesian Migrant Worker
Unfortunately, Isty’s Selvya’s friend who work in Hong Kong does not feel the same way as she does. Isty’s friend had a bad employer. She had to clean the house until it was clean when her employer came home, there were no stains left behind. Her employer would always check one by one the places that were cleaned. If there is still a little dirty and dusty, it will be immediately scolded and told to clean again.
So with this unfavorable treatment, he decided to move to another employer and preferred to pay a fine for not completing according to the previously signed contract.
Another unpleasant experience as an Indonesian work in Hong Kong is that if you get a job as a caregiver for an elderly person, you have to be prepared for any situation. Usually if he forgets to put his things, he will blame us as the person who took the item.
